Younger son with a BE (Electric and Communication), Mitul entered the Panchal family business through Delite Cables Private Limited. At Delite CAbles, Mitul effectively handled turnkey EPC contracts of Transmission Lines and also executed many prestigious projects of Gujarat Govt. Some of the projects he worked on were Lion, Vanraj, UG Diary, Bhagavathi Para Project, and the most prestigious and challenging Electrification of Shiya Bet Island. This was a dream project of Shri. Narendra Modi when he was a CM of Gujarat. At Rosalie Woods Pvt. Ltd., Mitul Panchal handles the entire production process and product design from the bottom up. Mitul can found making sure the output is always delivered on time and that too with maximum client satisfaction.
FOUNDER
A former banker at Bank Of India from 1973 to 1982. His entrepreneurial spirit convinced him to start Navdurga Enterprises, making timber products like boxes and pallets for various industrial clients. Diversified and tried his hands in a few other businesses, the most challenging one being the Turnkey Project for electrification of Shiyal Bet Island. This was a Gujarat government project when Shri Narendra Modi was the CM. Finally started the Rosalie Woods Pvt Ltd. in 2004, With more than 38 years of experience in the wood/timber industry, he has worked with a vision to bring professionalism and modern technology into this industry which is mostly run by small and scattered units.

Elder son of Shri Pankajbhai Panchal, Jatin has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance. Jatin is a strategist by nature and is extremely instrumental in streamlining material sourcing by starting import of Pinewood logs. He also handles all financial aspects of the business. It was his idea to start the Plywood and blockboard unit, which is currently under construction. He is also planning the group’s strategy for the entry into the Real Estate business. Jatin, being a multifaceted individual, is also instrumental in business development, client relations and is responsible for building the client roster to where it is today.
